PROCESSING FEES:

Processing Fees include up to two (2) submissions to two (2) different lenders and include one (1) borrower or two (2) married borrowers.

Conforming and Non-conforming 1sts	$495.00
Piggyback 2nds	$150.00
Stand-alone 2nds under $100,000	$295.00
FHA and VA	$495.00
FHA and VA Streamlines	$395.00
Construction	$495.00
Additional submissions to more than two (2) lenders	$ 50.00 each
Additional unmarried borrowers	$100.00 each
Doc drawing	$100.00/loan
Preparing a Subordination Agreement	$100.00 each

MISCELLANEOUS FEES:

Additional fees may include:

Courier/postage/overnight delivery fees if applicable.
Any charges to Reliant Processing, Inc. for borrower verifications, etc, including non toll-free telephone charges and service fees (i.e. "1-900" telephone charges for VOD's).
Additional fees for work done beyond the terms of the Agreement may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Reliant Processing, Inc. will provide a detailed invoice to document all fees and expenses.
