In early 2001, after speaking with many mortgage loan professionals, it was obvious that an overwhelming need for quality loan processing existed. Many brokers and loan officers with whom we met were just not happy with in-house processing and really did not know where else to go. We knew there ought to be a better option. In response, RELIANT PROCESSING, INC. was founded in August 2001.

As the Processing Manager and President of the company, Deborah Cole oversees the day-to-day activities of the Processing Center. She brings 18 years experience in the mortgage industry to the company. Debbie started in the business as a receptionist and quickly rose through the ranks to full-fledged loan processor, as she has been for the last 15 years.

Throughout her years as a loan processor, Debbie has gained a wealth of knowledge including processing procedures for conventional, sub-prime, and government loans, program guidelines, drawing loan documents, and effectively working with all parties involved in the loan process to get the job done.

Jeff Cole's background includes 20 years in management and customer service. He has eight years experience in the mortgage business, the last seven as a loan processor/coordinator. Prior to forming Reliant Processing, Inc. with Debbie, Jeff was the Purchasing Manager for a national video rental chain.
